Michael Iuliano

Mike Iuliano is a Managing Director at Kinderhook and the firm’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He has over 25 years of experience in the private funds space, beginning with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.

Mike was General Counsel and a partner with Camulos Capital, a multi-billion dollar credit distressed fund that spun out of Soros Asset Management.  Mike was most recently the General Counsel of Saluda Grade Asset Management, a multi-billion dollar asset management and private equity fund.

Mike graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
