All States Ag Parts Acquires Rubbertrax

All States Ag Parts Acquires Rubbertrax

July 13, 2021

Hudson, WI – All States Ag Parts, LLC (“All States Ag Parts” or “ASAP”), the leading supplier of replacement agricultural and construction parts in North America and portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), announced today the acquisition of Rubbertrax and Pentom Supply Company (collectively, “Rubbertrax”). Founded in 2001, Rubbertrax is a leading supplier of new aftermarket tracks and undercarriage parts for mini excavators, compact loaders, and other types of mobile industrial equipment. Rubbertrax will be ASAP’s tenth add-on acquisition since partnering with Kinderhook.

The acquisition of Rubbertrax expands ASAP’s heavy construction parts catalog, which has been identified as a key avenue for future growth and will increase ASAP’s total addressable market. Rubbertrax will also expand ASAP’s geographic presence in Georgia, where it has one existing location.

“The acquisition of RubberTrax will further strengthen our ability to serve the construction parts industry and be closely associated with our existing H&R Construction Equipment Parts business.  This acquisition will tremendously improve our opportunity to serve that segment of our customer base,” said John Dyke, CEO of ASAP.

Paul Cifelli, Managing Director at Kinderhook, stated, “The Rubbertrax acquisition further develops a key growth area for ASAP in construction equipment. We feel that Rubbertrax deep industry knowledge and similar track record of quality customer service will fit in seamlessly with ASAP’s core business. We are excited to work with the Rubbertrax team moving forward.”

Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. served as legal counsel to ASAP.
