New York, NY – Bestop, Inc. (“Bestop”), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), announced the acquisition of Marshall Genuine Products, LLC (“MGP,” “MGP Caliper Covers” or the “Company”), a manufacturer of high-performance, easy to install brake caliper covers for automotive enthusiasts. MGP represents Bestop’s seventh add-on acquisition and Kinderhook’s 108^th automotive related transaction.
