All States Ag Parts Acquires Yesterday’s Tractor

Hudson, WI – All States Ag Parts, LLC (“All States Ag Parts” or “ASAP”), the leading supplier of replacement agricultural parts in North America and portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), announced today the acquisition of Yesterday’s Tractor Co. (“Yesterday’s Tractor” or the “Company”). Yesterday’s Tractor is a leading online retailer of antique tractor parts. Additionally, the Company provides antique tractor owners with an online forum for repair and other industry information. Yesterday’s Tractor will be ASAP’s eighth add-on acquisition.

The acquisition of Yesterday’s Tractor demonstrates ASAP’s commitment to expanding its online presence and further solidifies ASAP’s position as the largest direct-to-consumer supplier for replacement agriculture parts. ASAP previously acquired TractorJoe, another leading online retailer, in December 2020.

Former owner, Kimberly Pratt, will continue to run Yesterday’s Tractor while also joining ASAP’s executive team. “We’re excited to know that the resources and community Yesterday’s Tractor has developed will be in good hands with All States Ag Parts” said Pratt.
