New York, NY – Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”) announced today the sale of Trilogy Home Healthcare (“Trilogy” or the “Company”) to CenterWell Home Health (“CenterWell”). Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, Trilogy is a leading Medicare-licensed home healthcare company, with eleven offices throughout the state of Florida. Trilogy was founded with the mission to become the premier home healthcare provider in its communities by focusing on the three key stakeholders in home health – patients, clinicians and physicians.
