Melanie Bis

Melanie is a Senior Associate at Kinderhook. Prior to joining Kinderhook, Melanie spent two years at Lazard in the Private Market Advisory Group where she focused on mergers and acquisitions. Melanie graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University with a BS in Applied Economics and Management, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.

Melanie serves on the Board of Directors of USMBP.
