Paul is a Managing Director of Kinderhook Industries. From 2002-2006, Paul was a Managing Director at Global Emerging Markets, NA where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and monitoring private equity and LBO investments for the GEM Global Fund. Prior to joining GEM, Paul was a Managing Director at Madison Investment Partners, Inc., a lower middle market fund based in New York. Prior to joining Madison, Paul was an associate with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's Emerging Market Private Equity group where he assisted in the acquisition, structuring, and management of direct investments in the People's Republic of China, through an affiliated investment company, ASIMCO. Paul began his career as a financial analyst in the Business Communication Services Group at Lucent Technologies. Mr. Cifelli graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.

Paul serves on the Board of Directors of Dispensing Dynamics International, KN Rubber, THI, Clinical Research Advantage, QCSA Holdings, and Primeritus Financial Services, Inc. He sits on the board of QCSA Holdings, Inc, and has relevant investment experience in automotive, business services, consumer products, restaurants, and  telecommunications.
