Louis is a Vice President at Kinderhook Industries. Louis joined Kinderhook in 2004 as an Associate. Prior to joining Kinderhook, he spent three years at Merrill Lynch & Co. where he worked in the Energy Group. Louis was raised in Fort Myers, FL and graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics.

Louis serves on the Board of Directors of Trubiquity, bd's Mongolian Grill, and SMS Marketing Services. He has relevant investment experience in business process outsourcing, consumer products and restaurants.
