Chris is a Managing Director of
Kinderhook Industries. From 1999 through 2003, Chris
was a partner at Soros Private Equity Partners, a
multi-billion dollar leveraged buyout fund sponsored
by George Soros. From 1996 to 1999, Chris was an
investment manager with Capital Resource Partners, a
middle market growth mezzanine investment firm based
in Boston, MA. Prior to Capital Resource Partners,
Chris was an associate at Colony Capital, a real
estate investment firm based in Los Angeles. Chris
began his career as an M&A analyst at Salomon
Brothers, Inc. Chris was raised in Detroit,
Michigan, graduated from Yale University and
received his MBA with Distinction from Harvard
Business School.
Chris serves on the Board of Directors
of Wellcare Group, Inc., Longevity Alliance and
Mastro’s Restaurants. He is also the Chairman of
Clinical Research
Advantage and E4
Health. He has relevant investment
experience in business services, consumer products,
healthcare services and restaurants.
